Under this sales model that has to rely on online sales as the mainstay, I am curious how small commodity companies like Flying tiger deal with it. Through a series of market analyses, I found that Flying tiger's online sales situation is indeed not ideal (here). Therefore, I formulated several relatively feasible new sales models to satisfy part of Flying tiger's target group.
Ivan model
TikTok helps companies and customers understand each other, thereby improving promotion efficiency. High-quality short videos focusing on entertainment are quickly spread. The product promotion method is centered on maximizing the satisfaction of customers. Connect other social media through Tik Tok, reply to customer comments quickly to achieve co-creation with customers and to understand customer's needs.
Painting activity
This is a painting activity initiated by influencers. The target group is young people who are easily influenced and who like to paint. This activity is to increase sales in a short period of time and at the same time to establish a good customer relationship by giving pictures to schools.
Splash screen ad
The advertisement is only presented for 1-2 seconds, so the work tries its best to be unforgettable, beautiful, and special. Because we are focused on online shopping, we can not get close to the product, I use people's pursuit of visual beauty under the zeitgeist, in cooperation with network technology to improve the shopping experience of consumers. This is a light on Flying Tiger's online store. just looking at product pictures can't stimulate people's desire to buy. But the way I designed it, it looks much better, with contrasting colors when you turn it on.

We can see that Gain creators and Pain Relievers are matching with some of the customers' needs. i.g., push product information to the customer according to customer needs, some of the customers don't know that the product happed to be what they need before they saw the advertisement. Interesting video promotions are not only ads but also entertainment, it can also improve the customers' experience.
